I am a plus-size, queer, autistic hiker who loves to move her body joyfully outside in nature while healing her heart at the same time. I am still a beginner hiker but I want to teach everyone who joins me that our bodies are capable of doing hard things and that we are able to go on adventures no matter our size or fitness levels. We deserve to feel the sunshine on our bodies.
