Living vicariously through you.

I lived in the Winchester VA area when I was a teen and hiked about every trail in the area. It was always my dream to do the Appalachian, but I moved to Raleigh and then had 4 back surgeries. Now, even small walks are sometimes rough, but I still have hope that with treatment like stem cells, I will be able to do longer and longer walks. Listening to you and your many guests gives me hope, especially when I hear the hikers who were least likely to ever conquer the AT. Thanks so much!!!
